Foundry Group own another future subdivision block on Rautawhiri Road in Helensville. The land is just around the corner from our current project Urumaraki Heights. Zoned residential single house the subdivision will have 64 sections. We have begun the consenting process and expect to commence construction in the 2025-2026 summer season.
